Rosemary Valedes Chaudry, PhD, MPH, MHA, MS
Rosemary Valedes Chaudry, PhD, MPH, MHA, MS, is board certified as a public health nurse (PHNA-BC) and in public health (CPH). Since her retirement, Rosemary is involved in advocacy for environmental public health issues and for health, equity, and social justice issues in public health. She also is involved in issues related to public health nursing practice, and she served on the American Nurses Association workgroup that developed the 2022 revised Standards for Public Health Nursing practice. Rosemary currently serves as the Association of Public Health Nurses’ (APHN) liaison to the Alliance of Nurses for Healthy Environments (ANHE) and to the Nursing Collaborative on Climate Change and Health. In addition to APHN and ANHE, she is a member of the Ohio Public Health Association, the Ohio Healthy Homes Network, and the Ohio Nurses Association.
