This entry is part 64 of 65 in the series Focus on Accreditation and Innovation

Accreditation requires a deliberate approach, and questions can come up at any point in the process. Our dedicated askPHAB email address provides health departments with a simple way to ask measure-specific and process-related questions.

When you send a question to us at askPHAB@phaboard.org, you’re not submitting a ticket into a generic inbox. Your message is reviewed by experienced Accreditation Specialists who have a deep understanding of the Standards & Measures, the intent behind them, and the real-world challenges health departments face in meeting requirements. This ensures responses are accurate, practical, and tailored to your situation.
